Through a great friend and business partner, Michelle Woodyear, of Woodyear Enterprises, I’ve made a donation to an organization called, LAMP. You can click on the link below to view it, as well as the other online auction items.
I’ve donated – and you can bid on – the following:

(Retail value: approximately $450.00)
One 1.5 hour session with Lindsey Janies anywhere within the Lake Area.
including:
-24 Proofs
-in studio ordering session
-minor retouching
-online private gallery for 6 weeks
-One beautiful black leather bound album (holds 20-5×7 prints) with black matting
You could get a REALLY good deal on this album, session, proofs, and prints!
Just click here and place your bid! Online bids will be accepted until midnight on April 4th. Click the link above for more detailed information.
I’m also donating a SECOND package identical to this one for an amazing non-profit organization, The Whistle Stop Visitation Center, which I received information about from Mrs. Sharon Boniol.
The live auction for that package will be held Friday, April 25th.
The day of this shoot – WINDIEST DAY EVER. Ask Katie – watering eyes, hair all over the place, crazy! It was SO windy, that Katie almost fell over just walking!!! And Bryan was a great sport – I’m sure he was sitting there thinking, “This girl is NUTS to have us doing this today.” Sorry Bryan! But I loved the results… And yes, I was in a black & white “mood” with a lot of theirs…

Awesome chick. Quick post as I’m plowing through sessions.
I really love this first one.

So I’m SNEEZING my head off right now – I think the Louisiana Pollen has finally overtaken my immune system. I’ve been shooting two sessions a day – one in the morning with about 1 1/2 hour breaks – just enough time to eat lunch and load, back up, charge batteries, and clear my cards before my second one in the afternoon.
Coffee & lattes have been my best friend lately. So if you’re in the “hood” and would like to send me a random treat – 1 vanilla latte will do the trick.
My mom surprised us with a box of Raisin Caine’s chicken (& sauce!) when I got home tonight. No cooking – yay! So that was a treat, too.
But yes, I’m a little hard to get ahold of right now via phone, so email is THE best way to reach me. Kristan & I will be out of town all day tomorrow for an amazing family session, so once again – I’ll be out.
My adgenda for the rest of this week?
Wednesday: Out of town
Thursday: Appointment in LC from 9-10:30, another one here at the studio from 11 to 1, engagement session at 3:00
Friday: Session at 10 (to 11:30), Senior from 1 – 3, then leave for Keely’s out of town wedding at 4:00 – and I’m gone ’til Sunday.
Then my week starts all over!
