The great people over at Lagniappe Magazine called last week asking for some images I’d created while working on the CSE project last year. I was happy to share (with a one-time use license) and a nice guy named Greg sent me the cover today. Thank you Greg, Lagniappe, & the awesome couple that welcomed me into their home last summer to capture these great images of an amazing home.

If you’ve been a “blog stalker” of mine for two or more years, you’ve probably watched this little person grow up! Just like her big sister, Nell, I ALWAYS look forward to photographing this one. The first time I met Emily & her beautiful girls, Eve was about 10 days old and so so precious. Well, as you can see, she’s been growing fast! At the “big girl” age of THREE, she has developed into such a funny personality. It’s princess meets tom boy. Halariously awesome. ;) Happy Birthday, big girl!

Okay, so, I DO realize my child is dressed in a Halloween costume in the middle of Spring. haha Poor Parker. BUT, I found it a few months ago marked WAY down and thought how cute it would be when HE’S SIX MONTHS OLD. That’s what the tag read, so I believed that the tag and brand knew the size of MY baby and I trusted (aka- ASSUMED) that they’d be right and he’d be sitting up and SO DAMN CUTE in a Super Baby outfit with the cape draped down next to him. Typical first time mom mistake. 
So, before Parker would grow ANY LONGER, I dressed him up and got creative. (or tried to, at least!)
Plus, as an added bonus, ever since we did these pictures (about 2 weeks ago – sad that it’s been that long, I know) Parker LOVES being Super Baby! He thinks it is SO FUNNY that he’s higher than Mommy & Daddy. I’m just waiting for the day when his dad does this right after a big meal. hehe 
So, after many many MANY requests for updated pictures of “Tha Boy”, here he is!
Then I stuffed him in an wooden water pail. Poor baby. 
I want something cheesy at the top of this, like “Hoppy Easter”. haha I know. I’m a geek.
Parker’s also found his hands about a month ago and is COMPLETELY obsessed with them. Once they find their way to his mouth, there’s no going back.
This face cracks me up. He ALWAYS has that wide-eyed look. (Just like his mom…lol)
Daddy became the “floor”. Hey- what else can you do with a 3 month old?! It’s almost like sitting…
And lastly, an outtake. “Big/Little Sister” Teeters wanted to join the fam. Good luck to Teeters when that boy is crawlling!
This guy wears many hats…. he does rodeo, guitar, football, (more stuff I can’t think of), and STILL managed to receive a handful of academic awards as well! I need to learn some time management skills from this guy.
Kobi, you were great. Can you TELL I had fun with him & his friggin’ AWESOME blue guitar?! It’s almost overkill, I know, but it was so much fun & they just happened to be some of my fav.
While Adam was playing with ”the boy” this afternoon, he squeezed out his first real “Laugh Out Loud” giggle! (Adam’s been having Parker in “laugh therapy” for the past like SIX WEEKS; He’d tickle and tickly, then laugh while PBJ just watched. Of course that’s why “Dad” thinks he laughed for him – that his therapy worked! lol)
After he got just one tonight, he ran for the video camera so they could share it with me when I got home. I love it! I spent the rest of tonight trying to squeeze another one out, but we didn’t have any luck.
